Product Warranty



At DexShell, our mission is to provide innovation and inspiration for the relentless adventurer. With our own production line, we can supervise and control the manufacturing process to ensure consistent and reliable ‘waterproof’ quality for every piece of our products to our customers.

We believe so strongly in the quality of our products we make, and we guarantee every product against defects in materials and workmanship. We don’t just guarantee our products for a set time frame. We like to be more flexible because the lifespan of our products varies depending on a few factors. For example, a heavily used or poorly maintained item will probably have a shorter life than an averagely used or well looked after item.

In the unlikely case, if your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, DexShell will be responsible for replacement, or refund, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Returns should be made through the store or website you bought the product from. You’ll need to have your proof of purchase ready and your retailer will then work with us on your claim. DexShell cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. State law requires that products accepted for warranty evaluation be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

Please note: we highly recommend sending your warranty item to us via courier. In the case of NZ Post this means you will need to upgrade from their standard tracked post service to courier. If you do choose to send via post, please expect the processing of your warranty claim to take an additional 2 weeks.
